Return Policy

We utilize a made-to-order business model whereby your order is made and shipped straight from the manufacturer. As a result we hold no stock and cannot offer any buyers remorse type returns or refunds. The only returns/refunds we can accept are if the item has arrived damaged or defected.

Your order has arrived damaged or erroneous: 

On behalf of our manufacturer, we apologise. Please contact us here including your order number and we will be in contact to request pictures to forward to our manufacturer. If the item is indeed damaged or erroneous they may be able to offer a replacement.

Your are not happy with the item you received:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns or refunds for items unless they arrived damaged or with defects. However, if you are unhappy with your item we would like to hear from you to understand why, please contact us here.
